SALB commemorates Human Rights Day

Yesterday as part of Human Rights Day the President, Cyril Ramaphosa, opened a new library in Koster, the library has a Mini- Library inside and SALB representative attended and explained the services and the type of devices that we have that are used by members. This was done before the president delivered his Human Rights Day keynote address at the Reagile Sports Grounds. The Minister of Arts and Culture - Mr Nathi Mthetwa was also in attendance. The North West Provincial Coordinator Lebogang Oliphant was in attendance and represented the SALB well. Koster is a small farming town situated on the watershed between the Orange and Limpopo Rivers in North West Province of South Africa.
