South African Library for the Blind the message is simply that we should deliver services and products that would satisfy our members. We cannot do this if we do not try new things and continue to do the things that keep members satisfied. It is also of no use to boast that we are the best in the world if we are not satisfying our local market. As they say: “Charity begins at home”.
